The Event
Join fellow CREW Iowa members at Beaverdale Books for networking, a breakfast of donuts and coffee, and a presentation by Jody White on behalf of Dress for Success. Members are encouraged to donate gently used professional attire. Store credit/gift cards and cash donations are also appreciated.
The Location
Since 2006, Beaverdale Books has been selling new books in all genres, literary-themed sidelines, greeting cards, and merchandise from the Beaverdale Neighborhood Association and Beaverdale Fall Festival. We've recently added our own line of bookstore merch as well - check out our new tee shirts! We're proud to represent over 500 local authors in our “Iowa Author” section. We host author events, book clubs, and writers groups, and partner with schools and other local businesses and organizations. Discounts for teachers, book clubs, and veterans. Special orders welcome!
