F45 Training is a global fitness community specializing in innovative, high-intensity group workouts that are fast, fun, and results-driven. F45 is specifically designed to provide a functional full-body workout while improving energy levels, metabolic rate, strength, and endurance.
The F stands for functional training, a mix of circuit and HIIT style workouts geared towards everyday movement. 45 is the total amount of time for sweat-dripping, heart-pumping fun.
Don't forget to bring your tennis shoes and water bottle! The class will start promptly at 6:00 PM, so plan to arrive around 5:45 to allow sufficient time to get in your spot with your tennis shoes on.
Participants will have the opportunity to learn a bit about F45 from Katherine Young, Manager of F45. Snacks and non-alcoholic beverages will be provided.
This event will be limited to the first 27 CREW Iowa members that register. Please note that there must be a minimum of 9 registered participants to hold this event. In the event the minimum is not met, all registrants will be refunded.
